Who is an active member here with 3 x 15DSP Pros..........?

I have a reputation of giving away gear I no nonger use since going to the XITE-1.
They are not Sonic-Core but 3rd party devices, and I really would prefer to see someone get some use from them as I believe the devleopers have moved on and aren't going to invest in the company anymore.
If I recognize your name, you'll be smiling like a Beaner at a Ranchero Dance and Bondfire.

But it will be up to you to contact the developer and see if this is OK with him.
I doubt they will argue, but maybe they could use a 20 spot or something.
The devices were far from cheap and are excellent, and I grow weary of seeing their names in my drop down menus.

pm's will be answered, then the permission process from the developer, which I will need a copy of, then we'll see a grand or so of stuff go to some upcoming artists who can actually use this stuff...

After 2 years, what am I going to do...? Hope these guys fix things for an XITE-1 which doesn't appear like they have....?
Somebody, somewhere needs them, besides, I made money off of these, and they really aren't mine to sell.
They are gone with the wind now though, it's up to the developers, who were both great companies in their day...

Ps I was thinking of upgrading To a xite , but are you having any problems with xite.
Would I benefit from the xite if I am currently using 3x15 Dsp boards? Or will i miss out on things that are not working with xite?
Any advice would be appreciated.

XITE-1 is the bomb for optimized devices, but I gave away a Custom live IEM style mixer from DAS, and 2 other mixers 16ch/32ch Stereo with Mackie Control since I didn't think the devleloper would ever get SDK 6.0 or an XITE-1 and modify the devices.
So with their permission, 3 x companies, I gave them away already.
And yes I remember you and your wife, really nice folks, and I bought your CD. It was really nice, and your talent should be down here in Vegas making Beucoup Dinero....

I bust my ass babysitting Rock Gods for great pay, Play my favorite Jazz and improv for half the money, but it's just fun to see enthusiastic adults instead of drunks yelling Freebird or Stairway to Heaven, but a friend of mine walks around and plays Accordian and makes 1500 USD a week cash, no taxes ( no benefits either ) but for 4 nights a week, with a wife who is an executive sack licker..................ooops....................sorry..................I meant executive secretary they have the Tiger by the Tail.

You'd love an XITE-1, especially the Mic Pre's and Headphone out just to practice on anywhere quietly w/o racks of shit, and 6-7 times the power is worth every penny.
Glad you're still performing and active, talent like yours must be shared.

Yiannis, now everytime I take the father-in-law to his coast home he asks about your music, since thats when he first heard it. I tell him you're doin OK but that you'd probably love an XITE-1 as well. For someone with your gear collection, you'd sure appreciate its portability/power ratio, and might even make sketching ideas out for your next album on-the-go a lot easier. U never know when inspiration might strike

Theres a coupla minor things need workarounds (VDAT, STS), but keep the boards & run em all in tandem - you won't miss a thing.

Ask Assaf if he doesn't mind me giving you my unusable XOR synth.
Too bad really as it's a great little synth, I always have issues with the polyphony but once I got the XITE-1 it became a 4 voice synths, which makes using Unison or getting more voices a No Go.
Guys with cards would love this, it's so cool of a synth and many presets to help learn the tricks of the rings around the knobs, best synth GUI I have seen in a while.

Sounds really great.
I don't think I would sell my cards since they work perfectly and I do use STs samplers quite often.

So playing accordion in Vegas can make a living?
I'll have to brush up on my polka tunes and maybe come down and jam with the guy.

Seriously I would love to come down for a gig somehow but the style of music a play is sometimes hard to get gigs.
Also most of the time I send out press kits , promoters don't even look at it nor listen to the material and respond that they are not interested in Greek music. Wtf.
They see my name and assume the music is Greek.
Anyhow I keep pushing forward and at least for now things are going good for me here in Toronto and Montreal.

Thats plain stupid. You're music has world influences not based on just a single genre/culture, so I take it those promoters wouldn't book 'Deep Forest' either on the grounds they are not interested in Jungle music ?

YiannisK only needs to just show up and play without pay.
I have done this on big Union Concrete jobs where the guys take home 1500 USD a week, and that was in '96.
I'd find out when the footer ( 25,000 yards ) was being poured and just start working the Vinrators, then shovel off the top.
Some guy would walk by and ask my name and then say your not on the list, and I would say should I leave,,,,,,No NO we need guys like you know the job well.

They'd find out later I snuck on the gig and admire my intestinal fortitude, besides when the Mexicans have the gig locked down, you need an edge to get in the door.
Same thing with music.

I see a Piano and drinks being served, I sit and play, usually get asked to do a gig reagrdless I was still wearing clothed from pouring Concrete and had white salt stains from the heat.
Where there's a well there's a way.

Besides promoters suck cock or try and get laid with their position, I bypass these types and go direct w/o agents or middle men, Usually works.

Yes it has a key, and it won't come with the Music Pack, or Mojo.
Mojo is my go to Amp for Combo organs, and I also use it for mixing regular Rhodes and Wurlitzer EPs. That way I get the pretty digital Native sound, and blend in some DSP Dirt.
