Current 2nd Hand prices 14/15 DSP 6 DSP and NOAH EX?

Post by BuzzBang »

I haven't been making music for a while, and kind of missed the boat on the intro prices for an XITE-1, but would like to buy one soon.

Any idea what I might expect to achieve as a second hand price for:

14/15 DSP booster
14/15 DSP card
6 DSP card
Noah EX

Is there still demand / a market for the cards? I know they still kick ass. It's just the XITE-1 kicks more :-)

So 3 x 14/15 DSP's + 6 + 10 (?) in the EX about 60 DSP's! As you can see I've spent a quit a few quid on Creamware/Sonic core cards over the years.

Any feedback appreciated.

Cheers

I think there is a discount price for SDK 6 + XITE-1 for 40% off that just started again. It's purpose i believe is to get more developers on board but you and other regular users should be able to take advantage of it as well. This type of sale never lasts long so you'll need to buy quickly before the deadline.

Yes, that's what I'm after. I'm very tempted to brush up my C++ and do some dev work.

You know old timers like me who are lucky enough to gig are so grateful for the guys who have contributed their devices and inventions here.
Since 2005 I have Scopes users get worked up for a year or two then, go quiet, then come back to life again twice now.
The XITE-1 seems to be the third time in 7-8 years that this has happened.

Scope ..............The Platform that refuses to die....
Thankfully for me and my needs, everything at S|C cpould grind to a halt and I would still be making money and music.
The Midget Porn Flick Scoring business is really picking up again here in Vegas too..

Hey Jimmy,

I know what you mean about the enthusiasm dipping then springing back. I'm still amazed that the platform is so little known and used, but (hopefully) still going strong. I just wish that through economies of scale the price of entry would drop. That said I do think that some musicians view it as their secret weapon...

The Midget Porn Flick business has dropped off a bit here in London, maybe they all moved to the more liberal Vegas...

have fun
