how do I install an OXE in v5.1??

I have recently bought a pulsar 2 card which came with SPL attacker.
I requested the correct key from S|C and obtained. now i have downloaded the appropriate OXE file from ftp.creamware.de but i cannot figure out how to install it.
I tried to open it with scope.exe but nothing happened...
what sholud I do?

no oxe files in v5.
you need the v5 version of the files, available here:
ftp://sonic-core.net/software/scope5/plugins/SPL/

From memory (eg for legacy third party devices that have no 5.x updated file), just put the file in OXE folder and it imports automatically next time you open Scope.
