midi preset. after so many years..... it was that simple

tired of having to always select the midi preset of a synth when you load a synth to play with your assigned controller?

just copy and paste the midi saved preset to your sound bank (the one that is indexed 0) presets.... name the midi preset something that beggins with 0
so the controller gets it quickly. In that case the controller first loads the midi preset and then loads the other sounds... offcourse the midi preset stays loaded
