Just an Admiration thread for Scope!

Post by YISH313z »

This platform is friggin' unbelievable!!! :o :D

I cant even express what this truly sounds like over VST and works like over Hardware.

If any one is on the fence about whether or not to use Scope as the Central Station for their Studio, DAW, Synth, etc, waste no more time and get this platform, you will never regret it.

The price of an XITE is well worth the asking price for 8-10 times the power of a 14 dsp card, I cant wait to get one. :)

I completed one song with my cards so far and maxed out my 15 chips, the Sound Quality is unheard of in the PC DAW world, the ZERO latency operations when using a Midi Sequencer to lay down the synths and samplers from Scope has no match in the DAW world.

I'll never go back to anything else, not hardware or VST, and we haven't even seen OPEN SCOPE or Scope 6 yet :o

That is all!!

Same here :)

It transformed my hardware studio and DAW into one modular instrument with total recall. I never were able to get my VST setup as stable and modular as I wanted it to be. Now I don't use any VST's and I use the DAW for MIDI sequencing and multitrack recording. All the Scope devices sound very solid and musical.

I still can;t get an auhentic Magnus Organ sound, but other than that its as stable as any hardware I use, or have ever used and the sound is second to none.

Yes, Scope is the hub of my whole 'operation'.

The hardware will probably take me all the way to retirement

(Although I have to admit that some of the twinky dinky 'synths' running on iPads is pretty fun too).

The sound quality RULES!

We have been repeating what you are saying for more than a decade, which is amazing! :o Over and over again, someone arriving to the platform, if he really discovers it like you did for sure, opens a thread about “how good it sounds" and "how great it is the work flow” in this platform.

If I were to get a new soundcard, you bet, that would be a Scope again, and again. I am so happy with it! The sound is truly superior as you say, and the possibilities are so wide open that you never end finding new ways of connecting anything with anything, which makes a “no boring”

I am glad to see that yet another musician finds this great super studio machine the best of its kind :)

I'm hopeful to have OSX support with Open Scope as I'm now seeing SC as focusing on exploiting the Hardware technology more than the Software base and allowing others to focus on the software paradigm as a "Do as you please with our hardware" motive.

You know what would be really nice with the Open Scope movement would be a portable Scope environment ran off of an external drive or thumb flash with all the needed drivers and what have you available on the drive so as to simply plug and play into whatever system your currently working on, I can see this with Open Scope.

But again, this is just an admiration thread for Scope.
