I will install the V3 on windows 2000, but if possible, I need some impressions about how it work on W2K.
I had try V3 on Win Me and I experience a lot of crash (e.g. only adding a synt to a project)!
Thanks in advance,

I'm using an ASUS CUSL2 motherboard with 933 megahertz intel pentium III CPU 512 ram and a 64 meg DDR Radeon Graphics card.
Pulsar 1, SRB 1, Luna II
OS is Windows 2000 with Pulsar 3.0
I have set the latency to the slowest setting and I am playing the Pulsar piano program on the STS 2000P and I still get a pop or click every once in a while. Does anyone have any advice? Is there any way to eliminate this? Will it ever be perfect? Will Pulsar fix this? Any comments are welcome.
I was getting them under 44.1 and 48 khz. I recently raised the rate to 48 khz because I noticed a lot of noise under 44.1 which was eliminated when I raised the sample rate. Does anyone know why?

I accidentally had my modulation wheel on which seems to have been contributing to the problem. I now have reduced but not totally eliminated the pops and clicks. I also am filtering out the aftertouch. I suspect that using the sustain petal might also increase the pops and clicks but now they are too infrequent to tell if this is just random, but still all it takes is one nasty pop to ruin a recording.

I don't know what you did. I haven't had any problems. I installed from a blank disk (OEM version of XP) freshly formatted.
Like you i changed to standard PC. I installed the driver taking care of installing the Luna2 driver BEFORE the pulsar1, so Luna stays the Master to get low ULLI settings. I did that by double clicking on the devices with the question mark in Devices Manager to see what PCI slot it was. After that i rebooted, and then only, i installed the Pulsar v3 software.
After that i installed Logic. And it work great. I didn't changed nothing else since. And I think i'll keep WinXP for a long time, cuz it perform VERY well, at least twice faster than WinME, well in my config thou.
I hope this help you a bit.
Ciao!
