istallation 5.1 64 bit scope into xp professional 64 bit

Hi, another problem , in windows 64 bit
where is need to do the istallation .
becouse in this software there is two folder c file program , ( 86 and
no86 )
this is my istallation and i see this message error
why ?
i have buyed scope 5.1 64 bit , for better performance and there are
always problems

please , send me e details for correct istallation . thank in advance .

there's no need to browse or install to any folder other than the default.

anyway, on my 64bit laptop, it installs to the "program files" folder, not the x86 folder.

i have istalled in c/ program file butwhen start program scope message error , why ?

me neither. it works perfectly here. did you try rerunning the installer? don't uninstall, just rerun the installer.

i don't understand why again i see this message
the application has failed to start becouse its side by side configuration is incorrect.please see the application event log for more details
like i resolve this issue ?

ok i have istalled win 7 64 bit and believe that works well, now i must check any feature .
i hope well
