Who would be interested in a pulsar II classic with SFP 3.0 for 150 euros?

im not such an expert, only own a Luna II without packages.
So bear with me:
- Does this mean, this is a second generation card? Well, im 99% sure the answer is 'yes', just want to be 100% sure
- Does it mean there are no packages or instruments with it? Or is there for a example a synth package with the Minimax or the likes?

i thought the thread wasnt so old. So one has to be really quick here, uh?
If you dont mind, could you maybe answer what stuff would have been included (just roughly, im most interested in the synths)? So i'll be prepared for the future.
It seems that from a certain time/version on, the Mix'n Master and the Synth package is included mostly, right?
I know that its not in all cases as i can see with me, as i've always chosen the low-cost thing and
look at me now,
