Too much latency

With Scope 5.1 on win7 64bit and Cubase 4, there is too much latency with ASIO SCOPE PCI.
Though I have ULLI settings 7ms 44,1 KHz, the tone comes much too long after I hit the keyboard. Like 80 ms!!!!????
If I in Cubase switch to Creative ASIO where I have settings 10ms 44,1 KHz, the tone I play on the keyboard come at once.
Exactly like it use to do with Scope ASIO before I upgraded to 5.1.

Is it some problem with my settings that I'm missing?
The modules in Scope that I use for ASIO is: "ASIO2-32 Source 64" and "ASIO2 Dest 64".

I would be glad for some help on this.

yes, that sounds like the sound is coming through mme/wave drivers. double check the settings in the host. i use 4ms all the time, it DOES work.

Yes the problem was in Soundblaster settings. Of course!
I'm not really sure what it was but after reinstalling SB drivers its solved, and that's the most important.
