Mahavishnu Orchestra spawned many solo careers, amongst them the great Jean Luc Ponty Electric Violinist, and I've covered here the title track from his 'Cosmic Messenger' album. There was no way I could duplicate all of Jean's amazing echobox runs, so this is more an interpretation. Couldnt find a MIDI so did it from scratch.

I still have this album/vinyl, and I remember playing it to death when it came out.

one of my favorite albums!! Nice job. Egocentric molecules next? Good luck trying to duplicate Ralphe Armstrong's bass solo on the keyboard, that guy smokes haha.

No duplicating, just 'interpretting' - I was thinking of covering 'Visions' next. See you guys in a coupla years .....
