Are you using inserts on the master channel?
I can't see how everything hooked up in this screenshot.

Which version of Scope? WinXP or Win7?

you seem to have 2 Scope cards of 15 DSPs each.
I usually get the same message instead of the more common PCI overflow error in Masterverb Test.
The device you are trying to load demands a lot of resources by nature.

Are there already other reverb/delay effects loaded ?
At least you have a high amount of Asio channels going.
You may have allocated some in advance - if not all are needed this produces less stress on the bus.
Finally it could be related to the board revision of the Scope card, but that's a speculation by me because I never got the test results of some people with the same motherboard.

cheers, Tom
