How do I install the DemoRequest.oxe file

Hi there - the below is on the creamware site as part of how to install demo plug ins - can someone explain what and how the .oxe file can be installed into Luna 2? Thanks.

- Download the DemoRequest.oxe file and install it. Start
Pulsar and load the DemoRequest.mdl from the
'/Devices/Tools/'-Directory. A surface appears, which has a

You run this with the runpep.exe program.
