I've got a new Hosting Plan, read for your convinience

Post by Nestor »

I have used Netfirms hosting for a while… , about three years in all, but the more I used it through the year 2009, the more I got fed up with their slow service and low quality answers to fix problems.

Many people had problems with my web because they could not download the links I gave them, including among them John Cooper, who tried several times without success to download some music from my site.

Finally, I wanted to downgrade to see if moving around I could get back to normal, nothing…

The downgrade process does not exist directly into the control panel, you have to request it by mail, and they will tell you that you have to call them to downgrade, this bothered me quite a lot, and so I decided to quit them forever. It started good, but I guess, as they share servers with many more millions of web pages today, their quality has come down to the ground.

At the same time, somebody (who knows why), allowed the downgrade process anyway. I received in all 5 mails for the same process… That seemed to me quite bad, because they don’t have ONE single and unique way of helping you, which is confusing and speaks very bad of them, there is disorganization in there.

I started the hunt again, and read plenty of reviews, comments, visited webs, hosting services online, asked friends, etc., etc., and I’ve got signed with Mochahost, which is a Californian based host monster in the USA.

I say WOW! Very much faster, lots and lots and lots of quality software, language support, unlimited emails, space and bandwidth… and all of this for about 40% less money! Well, I have not tried it completely, I have had access for only about two hours, but I can tell already this.

If you are looking for a host, consider Mochahost, give it a read to the reviews around and see what is going on, of course, don’t expect perfection, there is no perfection at this prices, but common, you can get an excellent service for your music web or business web pages.

Cheers

Years go by, but you’re still a crazy tukituki man don’t you? :D It must be those many botles of red wine you drink every week... that’s probably why you like that colour so much...

Glad to read to back Astro! :)

this one for example, Nestor :D
to be honest, I'm totally happy with a black Japanese JB from 89 currently - incredible tone and a real bargain < 400 Euro
