I have been working on this idea for a while now... It's something you might call generative music but it's so tonal it puts you to sleep. Just flog it on your favorite MP3 player at night and let yourself be transported. Don't think, just let the sound carry you. Don't put it on too loud, it's not made for loud listening. If you want to compare it to something think of Robert Fripp's soundscapes.

Just got a chance to give it a listen. I will say, very etherial. And when you said..Just relax...I did. All my work. arrives uber-percussive , and needs to be listened to LOUD (go figure)....freakin drummers.....

It reminds me of Jonn Serrie at his peak (Planetary Chronicles) and also Andrew Lahiff.
I love the (very) limited sound palette and the odd bit of discordance that quickly resolves again.
Next time my neighbours have a late niter and I need my MP3 player - this will be coming out of the collection.
Must be frustrating though to write a piece of music that sends people to sleep
