Anybody remember me?
Jeez, it's been forever since I frequented this forum!
I'm dusting off my Creamware cards and putting them in a new(ish) machine now that life has calmed down enough to start pursuing music once again... cheers!

Scope/Music lovers are an asset.
Especially live cats..............Cicero's 'eh?
A great place to perform back in the '80's when it first opened.
Welcome back.

Hey you bastard! Of course I remember you!
Old days of great fun and crazy experiments… Glad to see you back!
You’ve always been very texture-like oriented in your compositions, craziest of them all!
I’m rarely into the forum today, too many things to do and extremely little time left for anything not related.
So, what happened with your military stuff? Is it finished or something?
Have fun Algo!
Hey, remember the “Z Experiment Nº1” song? He! That was cool. I don’t longer have it…

Re: Anybody remember me?
@XCITE Did you see my show at Cicero's or something?
@Nestor Yeah, I remember! I think I still have that track somewhere...
@Kensguro I was in Peace Corps... then travelling South America... got married... then been in grad school the last four years. Now I'm starting my dissertation and have time and need for music-making as a productive 'diversion.'
@Everybody else: thx!

Re: Anybody remember me?
I performed there during a re union gig in St.Louis.
My old group was doing a benefit for the Mexican Eathquake victims back in '84 or '85 out at Westport Center, so we were asked by M.Fialle who owned several clubs back then to come and do a set for the entire door, and it was lots of fun.
In those days everyone had the silk shirts, opened collars and Mr.T starter kits.

Woh, algo, that's sure been a long time!
I moved to another place recently (married w kid too now:), and came across your CD in the process! Which reminded of your farewell post, just before leaving for the Peace Corps, and made me wonder how you'd be now!
You left quite some years ago, must have been about near the end of z's high days When new discoveries were made and shared constantly, as for nowadays the heck has been documented here about anything on Scope.
New devices have been streaming in since, my personal favorite over these years without any doubt being Flexor, a modular add-on pack providing audio-rate (and sample-tight) control and a whole new level of sonic options.
Most other releases IMO focussed more on workflow (better MIDI implementation, cfr. 3rd party mixers) and re-arranging of existing options. And apart from minor improvements, the Scope platform still works just the same as when you boxed your cards, so you'll be playing again in no time
Glad to see you're alive and well, and welcome back!!

Re: Anybody remember me?
yeah, sure do. We made that contest, remember?
No more contests now. And my time is like Nestor's.
From time to time looking into the forum...
So I hope you've enjoyed time and be happy to be back!
Yes, Scope is a long lasting friendship.
And didn't we know that from its beginning?

Re: Anybody remember me?
If I would have bought Scope back in 2001 I could have been a contender.
