Scope won't install

I need some help please.

I had Scope running on my Pc with Windows XP. I took the card out and deleted the Registry scope folder.
I have now replaced the Scope Card and tried to run Setup of 4.5.
The dialog says I must first stop all Creamware applications but there are none running!

Kindly tell me what to do to re-install Scope.

cntrl-alt-del
processes tab
look for SFP.exe
right click, choose "end process"

try the reinstall.

why did you delete the .rgy file?
