Error typing in message window

I have recently noticed when typing more than one page in the message window and the side scroll bars appears, the message window tries to centre itself verticaly and text begins to jump erratically as it tries to follow the typed text and centre itself verticaly making it impractical to continue typing as the type is then out of view at the bottom of the window.

Also when this occurs the new line operation, using the <return key> only produces a space unless performed twice and then you have to delete the extra line space.

I know this could be intentional to prevent long winded posts

Though I have found a way around it by constructing my posts in notepad

I have recently upgaded my browser to IE8 and wonder if this could be the problem?

most likely its IE8.
Why not do yourself a favor and get firefox or chrome instead of the fisher price browser
