question about selling my card

hey i want to get rid of my pulsar 2 card and wanted to know can i transfer plugins i got with the card(not third party plugins) such as mix n master pack?

what i mean is can i transfer the plugins not to the person im selling the card 2, but to myself but to another 1 of my cards like my luna?
