I’m really sorry for that! That’s shocking. I’ve seen some videos, and Aquila is destroyed unfortunately, I hope the government will take care of it.

We had an earthquake last night here in Santiago, it was pretty long, but gentle, it lasted about one and a half minute. If you are at bed, you feel it with perfect precision, every movement. Through April, we had about 20 of them, fortunately with soft monuments. Back to February, more than one movement per day were perceived. A few of them were somehow alarming.

As I can remember, every time Italy has had an important earthquake or important volcano activity, a chain of disasters appeared around the world, so we will probably have more important earthquakes in the following weeks. Hopefully not, but this is what had always happened. The reason for this is that underneath the earth surface, the volcanic emission currents are connected to each other, like a big net of lava rivers, and vapor pressure pushes them in different directions depending on where and how ocean waters make contact with high temperatures. I mean, oceanic water is being in touch with lava, generating extraordinarily BIG amounts of vapor, so pressure gets higher and higher, and so earthquakes happens. This is one of the reasons.

There is the energy of the earth that needs to be released now and then, both energies cooperate for earthquakes to take place.

There are two extremes… those new buildings constructed with modern technology, and then you have the old feeble ones. There are regulations today that don’t allow constructing public buildings as you want, they must be ready for earthquakes.
