STM 2448 and Midi CC

When I control the STM faders from Cubase or my recently bought Behringer BCF2000
the CC positions don't exactly match.

For instance if the fader is at 98 in Cubase it will be at 99 on the STM GUI,the same is with the Behringer BCF2000.
If I move things slowly it responds quite well but that's impractical.

It's not disastrous but It would be nice to be perfect.
