Yes, they show up in Samplitude.
You have to assign the channel outputs in the Omnisphere mixer.

I use cubase 4, when I load omni as vst, it shows A in the mixer, but not the rest in cubase, B,c. Etc., when i had stylus in the past, you just load an patch, change a, to b,c,d or whatever and voila it was in the mixer, now omni doesn't work the same way?...technically you should be able to have up to 8, a-h, but all mine only come out A, i'll phone tech support tomorrow, but i don't know why cubase doesn't see it

See my reply on the Omnitalk website - hope it helps
Then go to your Omni mixer page (Multi) .
On channel 2 assign it out to B
On channel 3 assign it out to C
etc etc
I have a feeling though that FX returns are always through output A only - I may be wrong but there is something ticking in the void between my ears

Yes, for multi-out in Samplitude I just set each track to a separate output A,B,C, etc. - since it's not automatically set in Omni.
Samplitude sees each output just fine.
Also, I think the effects are sort of summed, but not sure, since I haven't used the effects much in Omnisphere yet.

Following on from Greg, if you change a patch in your multi - be aware that it'll revert to output A

Changing a patch here keeps the channel that's assigned.Neil B. wrote:Following on from Greg, if you change a patch in your multi - be aware that it'll revert to output A
(on both my Scope and RME systems).

You do know that Cubase 4 requires you to enable each additional out from a plugin right?
RTFM maybe

Ya, that little black button next to the e on f11 page opens more outs, neil helped me on that, 1st time I noticed that , good for bfd 2 and Ethno instruments too
