JBowen has great Supersaw in the RDII Modules Series, and SpaceF has several although he doesn't name them Supersaw. Jaws and various versions of SMOS Oscillators can be used in Modular, Bowen synths and SpaceF synths.
I tend to like the Oscillators where I can access the tunings for more control.
