I am planning to use the NOAH Vocodizer in an assignment for a Master study on ICT in learning which I am doing. I am looking for a good choice of Synthesizer source Input which blends with my voice so that my spoken words become clear and comprehendalble while it still has the character of a Vocoder voice.
I mute the direct sound of my voice and the synthesis in which leaves only the vocodized blend audible.
Any suggestions to which synth to use, or other settings I scould be aware of?

Re: Vocodizer
To my taste I found very nice the ProOne to work with the Vocodizer, it has a sort of fatter grainy texture that makes it shine, i.m.o.

Re: Vocodizer
Try the "Power Brass" patch on the Minimoog. As for audio input, I have yet to find an input that sounds as good as Audio Technica Pro-3x (cheapie mike) plugged directly into the input of the Noah. (And I've tried SM57s, 58s, various condenser mikes)

Re: Vocodizer
Hi
,
Hoping someone can help. I'm getting frustrated trying to get the vocodiser on my Noah ex to work,
Could anyone run through how to set up the vocodiser using an internal or external signal as I have no manual and I am really struggling with it?
Thank you so much in advance if anybody can help me!!!!!!
