I read that the latest Xen virtualisation software for Linux permits PCI pass-through for the guest operating system.
So if I understand well, we could assign one or more pci slots to a virtual machine running windows, and then... use the creamware boards
in virtual machines while still enjoying a fine Linux distro (no multi-boot and rebootings, more stability (at least for the host OS) ...)
I'd be glad to hear from you about the feasability, the pros and cons and so on...

Anyway I'm very tempted to try it this week end, just for the technical interest :p
