M/S encoder and M/S decoder for SDK

Hi, I'm looking for a couple of devices that allows, one to encode from Stereo to M/S [L+R input / M/S output], and one to decode back M/S to Stereo [M/S input / Stereo output].
There's any existing device that do this?
If yes can anyone tell me where I can find it?
If not, could anyone, that knows how works M/S encoding/decoding, make this for my next SDK project???

I know that in Flexor (III i suppose) exist something similar, but I need as *dev (not for modular and possibly free from Flexor key requirement).

Alfonso D'amora and Neutron are into M/S encoding/decoding, but the available devices are with inserts (Neutron, I don't understand how your encoder works), but I need 2 different devices as topic description.
