Wolf 16 channel mixer with Sur audio project preset

Have a default project preset saved which seems to load without fault bar one channel on wolf's 16 channel mixer. When preset is loaded mixer Channel 1 always resets to midi channel 14 and the level resets to zero, pan to hard left. I have looked at the midi monitor to see if there is any reset messages but I cann't see anything untoward. Has anyone else come across this issue or can anyone else replicate this behavior?

Can you post a pic of the Channels matrix window.

I guess you mean the channel setup window not the fx matrix?
