Mac - does Anyone Know What CrossDev.dII Is?

I cannot find it

trying to do a Scope reinstall on Mac OS 9.2.1

can't complete until I have CrossDev.dII

have done many searches within and outside of the CPU - cannot find CrossDev.dII anywhere

I do not even know what it is

anyone?
