windows not recognising my scope project card

Hi can anyone help?

My creamware card is not being recognised by windows at the moment. On startup windows displays the following error messages:

"hardware version 16 detected. this hardware requires a software update. please consult the insatllation guide."

followed by:

"cannot start the scope fusion platform. Could not gain access to the creamware hardware."

I'm not sure whether its a software or hardware problem because I've replaced the creamware with another soundcard and the same error messages appear on startup of windows

I had a hard drive failure (1 drive failed in a raid system) on the same day that the creamware stopping being recognised by windows - could this have affected the creamware do you think? Apart from this nothing else that I can think of could have caused the failure.

Try to reinstall SonicCore drivers and software.

make sure the card is plugged in all the way. i got that message when i took a card out and scope was still installed
