when we load synths or other modules we must leftclick on the synth in routing window after they are loaded to be a ppeared. is it possible to be appeared directly on screen?

It is indeed possible for the maker of a device to make a version which loads with the panel open. It's something that wouldn't be advisable for most devices though, because you don't want lots of panels opening all over the place when you're in the process of buiding a circuit in the Routing window.

Indeed You Can,

I have a simple start up project on DAW #3 where ProWave, C4T, Six-String, and B2003 are layered over each other. The mixer is layered over the routing window. Since the Prowave is the only synth where I change presets frequently, it has it's choices to the right. The other synths need no program change, as their parameters are all available from my controller, due to their simpler designed GUI's. I just create live versions of their parameters as I perform. Prowave has different effects stored in it's FX rack inserts, hence the need for rapid preset changes. The lowest row of buttons on my KS88's are the preset locations for Prowave.

each time i open the bank window i always have to maximize it with mouse, but if i close it and open it back the size is not remembered and i have to maximize it with mouse again.
