Help Exception Processing Message when starting SFP

Hi ive just installed a Luna card and SFP 3.1, when it finishes installation i click the option to start, it comes up with this error...

pc is

Pentium (R) Dual Core CPU 3.4ghz
3.37GB RAM
XP Pro service pack 2

I have unistalled SFP and reinstalled it and it does the same... cubase 4 wont run now either, error states

GDI Window Cubase 4.exe Application Error

The instruction at "0x7c90eae0"
referenced memory at "0x5672a2c"
The memory could not be read.



What should i do? ... try it in a diff pci slot?.... any help much appreicated

Yey resolved the problem, usb card reader conflict... i disabled it in device manager.... good ol google..... thanks for your quick response though mucho greatful
