Right click on the faders you want to control and assign each one a different MIDI CC number. Connect the Mixer MIDI in to the Sequencer MIDI source, assign to the Mixer a MIDI channel, now you can draw in a Nuendo's MIDI track the faders' movements in the controller lane.
