I can nit pick about the strings articulations.. Seems it can be improved with just some more volume curves. In other words, each section can "sing" their part better so each of their lines come out more connected and lyrical. Not to say that they're not doing that right now, but just as a "could use more" type of thing. Also, they're almost no breath rests in the strings.

But of course, that's coming from me with a mild experience in symphonic arrangements, so I'm just being picky. The improvement is great from the rough to the final mix. Only thing was, I don't see the necessity for the delay on the percussion.

Hi Ken,
Yeah, great knowledge in "symphonic arrangements", I see that how you get high expectation, it's cool, Ken! :)

It is a pleasure for me that some one like you spent time in listening and given the inputs. These are absolutely very useful.

P/S: Next will be Full Orchestra Arranging from JW's scores in shortly, it might keep you busy listening if you do not mind to have more feedbacks?
Of cource these works for fun and getting good templates (EQ,Mix,Lib, etc) for the Projects.
Example of some old mixed, in case you missed it (will post other songs)

not sure how big of a percentage of work you do is orchestral, but it makes sense to invest in an established symphonic library, like sam brass and the eastwest libraries, garritan personal orchestra, or even VSL or Opus. I think your arrangements are solid, but many times the "sound" makes or breaks the piece. The industry standard definitely seems to be a dedicated box for sample playback, going through some sort of convolution verb.
