turn-around time for repairs?

Post by kyunghwee »

Since CreamWare's too busy to reply everyone's email requests, I have to ask fellow SFP users for some information on this topic. It seems near impossible to check with CreamWare on the status of an RMA. RMA hyperlink in the original email from CreamWare runs into oblivion and I don't get any answers from their 'support' regarding this.
So I must resort to ol'faithful Planet Z. I'm sure there are others here who had to get things repaired by CreamWare. So those who familiar with this process with the company could please provide me with some information on how long it normally takes for them to repair and return hardwares. It's been over 2 months and I am dying to find out what's going on with my beloved Scope board & A16 Ultra converter. Many of my software plug-ins' are registered to the board in repair and it's very frustrating to have everything tied up by this repair process, of which I am completely in the dark as to when I may expect them back...if I ever get them back....

Help! :x
