Can’t find DSP file WSHAPER3

Dear Sirs…your help is needed…
Scope 4.5 Installation done successfully…( Intel Core 2 duo E6400, MB Intel D-946GZISSL S775, Windows XP)
One thing is strange: when I upload in routing window OPTIMASTER …also PSY-Q, SBC (each separately)
the system wrote a message about problem: “Can’t find DSP file WSHAPER3 – please check installation”.
I’ve tried to copy these files from install.CD ( i've found 2 small files Wshaper3.dsp in: App\Dsp folder & another one in: Setup\Dsp)…

hmmm... but i can't copy them into SCOPE4.5 folder on my disc C...i’ve carefully checked whats going on…
probably the reason is that in the directory App\Dsp on my disc C i've dug out the file wshaper3.dsp with the same size?…but i'm not sure...
I did restart of computa & system but this icon repeat again above mentioned…

BTW this is the case of 3 these plugins ONLY...all the rest goes ok!

What to do?

When you copy them to SCOPE/App/DSP go into properties for that .dsp file and deselect Read Only if it is on - that may help.
