Pearl Harbor Veterans And Descendants

Post by dawman »

Just wanted to mention, and thank anyone who had or has relatives who served his country during these times. Please pass along my condolences to their loved ones, and pass along my thanks to any nurses or civilians who kept these heroes alive during that day of infamy. Even my next door neighbor here who has watched my house from his porch swing for the last ten years has passed away. This great generation of Americans, and Brits are almost all gone now. This saddens me very much. My old buddy from next door was named " Stitches " a Scotsman from the Northumberland Fusiliers.
My house was gaurded all day by this honorable soldier, I could not have asked for a better neighbor.

When you see elderly men and woman fighting just to walk, keep in mind that they probably put boot to ass for their country, and maybe open a door for them or something. 25 years from now I will be using my custom made stand to prop my ass up at the gigs.

Peace My Brotha's,
