Larry Seyer of Nemesys Music ( taSCAM ) is making a custom video for me using Cubase 4 / and the new VST version of Gigastudio, GVI. This is great, as I am a lazy bastard when it comes to reading manuals and such. He has made so many great add ons to the original app, like GigaPulse convolution reverb and mic modeller, Upright Bass sample DVD, and the awesome Acoustic Drum DVD's all with imbedded choices of GigaPulse and mic model per drum !!! Those Dogs definately hunt in packs.
This got me thinking about how someone could make a custom SFP / Cubase video from the forum here, and make some serious cash. Maybe put a dongle on it. I will soon need a USB hub for all dongles. Just a thought .
Funny thing, Larry use to own a Pulsar II and loved it. But the UAD cards are his secret weapons of choice now. As the inventor of all things Giga, he would have kept using the Creamware card if they would have made some GSIF 2.0 drivers, but that is a seperate matter. I guess all of the pros use DSP cards at some point. Pro Tools. UAD, Powercore, Creamware. They all are great, but my cards have low latency high quality sounds, I don't have to have any compensation, and the synths rule the world IMHO.
