Plz I need Advice : Nforce3 and Amd 4000 skt 939 single c

hello
since I've read many threads about the Nforce4 to be useless
for pro audio, I'd like to build a new system based on a single
core AMD 4000+ and MB with the Nforce3 .
Can someone give me advice for the mobo ? Which one to buy ?

MSI K8N Neo Platinum with AMD64 3200
msi neo2 platinum 939 with AMD64 3000

I have a MSI NEO board. It's working fine, but the guy who designed the layout of the different components was an idiot. he placed a few condensators so that they more or less renderes at least one of the PCI-slots useless, because of a not to bright placement of said condensator that prohibits proper seating of a Scope card.

yep
what said petal is true however i use 2scope 15 dsp (srb /powerpulsar)and one luna( 2 3 4 the n1 and 5 are free) without big trouble

i would like to switch to a dualcore
but seems there are some problems with AMD
