I have noticed a number of good tips on getting the most out of Dynatube, the problem often being the large noise level. So what signal chain, signal processing modules (following guitar>pre-amp/DI>SCOPE A/D) is optimal?

Edit out the silent parts, like you would do with a real guitar-take.

I also use an MXR-10 band pedal before the preamp with a +12dB boost around 500Hz. At least with my guitar it will tighten up the Boogie, and other amps.

TL audio 5051 is a little expensive ,but it's a good pre-amp.
