Hi guys.

I've sent an email to Ralf last week but I haven't received anything as yet. I have also sent emails to 'support' on Thursday yet no reply. I have a few questions so maybe someone on these forums could help me out.

The first thing is that I have purchased a DAS plug in and still waiting for the code. I've read on these forums that Ralf does this now. I don't want to bother him (he may be working on the problem right now) but how long does it usually take. Maybe my emails haven't gotten through. I'm completely in the dark. It's been a while since I purchased anything or even visited the creamware site. Previously the codes were generated on the creamware site, but not anymore.

The other thing that is really bothering me is that when I check (log on) onto the 'mypage' section a few things seem weird. One is that my 'allkeys.skf' doesn't look right. I'm missing stuff. Since last week I checked and indeed I am missing some of the plugins for the 4.5 upgrade. I purchased the upgrade very early on (like when it was 98 euro). My keys still state Scope 4.0 software. Shouldn't that read 4.5 software. The upgrade works fine except for the missing plugins that I paid money for. I emailed creamware at the time when I brought it, though no answer was given, just my keys (still with 4.0). Can someone place my mind at ease, does everyone that has 4.5 have the correct key. It is meant to say 4.0 or 4.5. Or was 4.5 really just a plugin upgrade. Every time I try to run Vinco or Psy Q it asks for the code which I don't have. I don't even have the code for the mix 'n' master pack.

Btw I have Scope Project (pulsar 2 board as well as the luna so I can run both the A16 and luna 8 channel breakout box)

Thanks for your time, I hope someone can help me out. I don't mind waiting for the generating of codes, but an 'eta' would be good. At least I'd know.

hmmmm, you'll need to try Ralf again, he's usually pretty fast. are you sending from a freebie address? of course, Ralf won't be answering questions(or any other emails) on the weekend. be sure to put "registration" in the subject of the email and write a detailed explanation of what you think you purchased, when you purchased it and what seems to be missing, i'm sure he'll straighten it out.

as to the 4.5 key, it should say 4.0 not 4.5............

I'm waiting *9* months and numerous emails to him for registration transfer - their support sucks, period.

LOL, thanks guys for the replies

Thanks to Eric from DAS for his email and support. Much appreciated.

I'll try resending the email again tonight, I'll change the subject line to include 'registration' in case their Spam filter is stopping my email getting through. I'm sending through a proper email (iprimus personal email account) as well so that shouldn't be a problem.

I'll see how I go tonight. Thanks again guys, you rock!!!!
