Hey,

I am using a radium 49 (M-Audio) with my creamware setup, works good, but tweaking filter and stuff from the midicontroller gives stepping. When i controll it with the mouse its okay. is this knowen "problem" or is there something i could do to work it out?

It's a midi limitation. If you control a parameter using a control change (#cc) you have a maximum resolution of 128 steps.

Thanks for answering

yea, that i know. But as mention.. other synhts has som kind of antialiasing formula between the steps, which smooths it out. but then i guess there is nothing like that on the creamware i have.

is there stepping problem with minimax or any of the other goodysynhts?

Constant value and envelope follower in modular should do the trick.

yes! in modular that trick works and you can do the same on the Zarg's modular version of his synths, but there's no way to do the same on the "closed" one like the minimax or so, AFAIK.
