i ahve a problem but i do not want to bother Ralf with this...

I have purchased the P100. They have sent me a SN of the plug. So, when opening the plug i shoul be able to use the copy/paste option in order to get a string i should send to STW.

Buuuuuuut, the copy/paste option does not work ! so i cannot get the long string needed...

How can i do? When transfering a plug with the epincpider module, i used to serach the systemdump file which contains the string, but when for a plugin registration, is the string available elsewhere (i mean is there a file automatically created in scope files that contains the code?).

Thnaks !

Hi,

normally the "copy to clipboard-button" should work.

Reboot your system and start the Scope software. Try to load the device - the registrationdialogue should appear. Now click on the coppy-button. The requeststring is in the clipboard now. Open your mailsoftware and paste it into an email to me ( (Strg+V).

Otherwise there is the possibility to write the string by manually.

And feel heavy invited to bother me :=)

Please . . if you send me the string, so please send me also a copy of your invoice.

cheers
