pci communication error issues

hi, recently i've been facing comminication error messages....
using a scope pro and a pulsar2 system.
in the past my abit ic7g used to switch the order of the boards nomater of cset.ini settings.
i think i solved it by setting to "no" the "disable unused pci" in bios.
now once in a while i see that no board is on the system and asks me for scopes serial number.
can you tell me please the appropriate settings in cset.ini file?

it works ok now as follows:
scope pro is on pci plot 2.
pulsar2 is on pci slot 4.
cleaned stdm connectors with pure alcool.

i do not know if this is an issue but as long as i cannot get the short stdm cables seen in scopes manual i cut the long stdm cables 3d cards extention(now it works only for two cards, but it is shorter and direct from one card to the other, at least that is the best i suppose according to communication between the two cards).
in cset.ini i typed numboards=2 and i switched the order.
the 6dsp is seen first and the 14dsp second.
one thing i do not understand is the host board setting. i mean since system sees pulsar2 as first isn't it host as well?

dsp loading is very good i think.
ican load till full of dsp power except from some modules that are difficult as sixstring is.
with the big card first and the small second which is the general recommendation i couldn't even reach half dsp meter without a dsp overload message.
i tell you this now: i load minimax and raise polyphony to 16 and it goes in 5 seconds. after there is a little room for a small synth.
i think that this is about what we can get from scope. i am ok with this.
till the time(1 week?) it goes f.. up again
