I need for bass sound sub oscillator like rd module or black box module to use with red warf or similar modular synth,any ideas ?

You can take any osc and tune it by -12 (-24 may be good too, depends).
In general, it is a square or PWM tuned -12 ... With BlackBox, for bass, try a SRing then add the RawPulse oscillator (uknow) if needed. Other osc of choice are the Junas , microscope...

if you mean subosc as in roland synths
that is locked in phase with other oscs
then you can use uknow osc that has that feature build in or use osc sync to get oscillators spaced by an octave or 2 and locked in phase.
alternatively you could try flexor freq divider module which will generate square suboctave from any audio it is fed with.
