communication Pulsar 2 problem

I have a Athlon machine and Pulsar2 with expansion card when I try to load the big mixer 2448 I get the message to register my mixer package and when I import all the keys I get that import was succesful BUT then he asks me again to register and after the same thing happens again (aking me to register). Also lately I've been getting the communication error.
I tryed to reinstall 4.0 to no effect any suggestions. Thank you

have you tried to open the allkeys file to check the keys?

yes pulsar says import ok!

I took care of the problem. It was indeed a lose cable between the 2 boards. Thank you
