Please help me today with installation (Just bought Pro One!

I have a luna card. I have all my activation keys. That`s it. I have no cd`s or software. Can somebody tell me what to download to install the software for the card? I would be very very happy if somebody knew

Hi ,
if you have a Scope 4.5 Key dowload here:

ftp://ftp.creamware.de/Software/Scope_family/SCOPE_4_5/

You´ll have to download the 4.5 Software and the manuals.
Did you have the Allkeys.skf ?

If you´ll own only an older OS-Key,maybe 4.0,3.1 or something else look at the Creamware-Server for the Software,depends to your Key.

all plugins work on version 3.1c or newer

older version won't let you install any plugins.

before you install any 4.0 version make sure you contact ralf (rb@creamware.de) with your SN of the card and request to generate Scope 4.0 key and also ask him to email you the allkey file.

without the proper keys you won't be able to install 4.0 or 4.5

Wow! So many responses..Very nice!!

I would be more than happy to get the version 3.1c to work. I`ve tried installing it, but pressing the .exe file does nothing. Nothing happens (It won`t install)... I`ve done everything the read me file says..but nothing happend. Any ideas?

by the way it`s the ProTone version i`m dying to try out (Not the Pro One)

I also tried to install the Luna3 version but was asked to put in disk #4 in the middel of the install...?

Scope 4.0 version is what you need and new keys are a must to get this to install.
keys are generated by our ralf(rb@creamware.de)

email him your SN and a request to issue Scope 4.0 key.

If you have problems with installation,maybe
you need the ASPI-Drivers from Adaptec.
Thats a recommentation from Creamware.

Scope 3.1c and Scope 4.0 are nearly the same.No great differences.
