Hi,
My setup is Gigastudio160 (v2.5) & Nuendo2 running on the same machine with Pulsar2+Luna2 cards as my audio interface.
I use the STM2448 and the routing window configuration is as follow:
-ASIO2 24 Bit Source L/R to STM2448 In1&2
(I mix all the audio tracks inside Nuendo)
-GSIF Source channel outputs to STM2448 In3-24 (I mix all the Gigastudio tracks on STM)
-STM2448 MixL/R to ASIO2 Dest-64 L/R (Record back the final mix into Nuendo)
-STM2448 CtrL/R to Pulsar2 Analog Dest InL/R (For monitoring)
I am happy with this setup but when I record the final mix audio back to Nuendo, I hear a lot of pops & clicks on the mixdown file (the monitor was very clean).
FYI, everything was in 24bit/44.1KHz format.
Any thought for this issue?
Thanks.

Your asio modules don't seem to match. If you're using 24bit source then you will have to use a 24bit dest module.

But it doesn't have the ASIO2 24bit Dest module, instead ASIO (only) 24bit Dest module.
Does it matter though?

It does. If you use ASIO2 Source, use ASIO2 Dest. too!

Guys,
I just found the problem that I set the low latency setting too low.
Thanks for your replies...

More question; Do I have to close & reopen the Scope application every time I change the ULLI settings? (otherwise my audio tracks don't sound)

Yes, changing the ULLI settings requires closing and reopening scope.
