Reinstalling over itself

I made the fatal mistake of reinstalling scope 4.5 over itself,and now everytime I startup windows I get the Newproject on Startup instead of Startproject.Any suggestions would be greatly welcome.

I've already de-installed and re-installed.Saved as startup in settings does nothing.I don't know if it's a windows registry or scope problem.

No It's alright Stardust I've got it.I'm sorry I should have explained better.Basically I've got three cards,a luna 2,pulsar 2 and pulsar 2 srb.Obviously all on the same computer.I have a scope 4.5 on the luna card,and a scope 4.5 on the pulsar 2 classic.In the setup I made the mistake of choosing the synth and sampler pack as opposed to the scope home.When I chose scope home everything fell into place.
