so these are SHARC ADSP-2126x, are they the same model used in scope or some newer one? (actually, do all scope boards use the same model?)

you can tell the exact Sharc version in the ASBs from the clock rate published (given the information is correct).
There are only 2 which just differ by pre-programmable Rom or not.
All Sharcs on PCI boards are 21065L
