send effect mutes mixer

This probably an easy one , when I connect a send effect to the 1632 mixer the audio is muted . the meters in cubase and on the mixer move but I hear no sound.

the return channels are muted by default, you should unmute it.

Sorry , I dont think thats wahats going on here , when I open the aux part on the mixer and unmute the returns I still have silence.surely if the returns were muted I would still be able to hear the dry signal ?

Hey, I have the same problem... I tried to connect an effect in the aux section of the 1632 mixer, but it doesn't work correctly.. When I connect the aux out from the mixer in my routing window, than the audio mutes.. Also, when I disconnect the aux out again, the audio stays muted.. I have to re-open my current project to get audio again.. :s very strange.. Does anyone have a solution for this?

Hello,
I have the same pb, with SFP4.5 in the STM1632, impossible to run an aux. effect like masterverb pro for exemple. No sound !!!
is it a bug from the SFP4.5 version with the STM1632 ?
same thing when I try 'INT' -> no aux. !!!
