export to audio sounds like mud in SX3

hello,
i just got my creamware card. it was instal-led by the shop where i bought it.
when, working in xtc-mode, i export from midi to audio with creamware synths or effects active the audio-result sounds like mud, very bad. when i do this with other non-creamware vsti's the sound is ok. can someone give me a hint waht to do?

Creamware synth cannot be rendered to audio directly in cubase. You have to do an export/audio mixdown instead.

using the export in realtime function should solve the problem.
